Cariad Gin - Keith Brymer Jones 60th Birthday Edition Capel Salem Gin was developed from our local foraging adventures with Keith and Marj where we gathered meticulously chosen botanicals to create something wonderful to serve at Keith’s birthday celebration.
Distilled in a traditional copper alembic still and to a recipe curated by Keith and Marj to create a Welsh gin that embodies the vibrant essence of our landscape inspired by the breathtaking scenery of the North Wales countryside.
